COMPETITIVE TEAMS

AGE GROUP 12U
Sept - June
Practice Commitment: 3 days per week​ (9-11 hours/week) and mandatory attendance 2 weeks in advance of each meet.
12/U AG typically participates in Invitational, Association, Regionals, Junior Olympics, and in some years the National 12 & Under Invitational.

YOUTH TEAM (ages 13-15)
Practice Commitment: 4 days per week

The Youth Team (for 13-15 year olds) is typically divided into Youth A and Youth B and requires 4+ practices per week (11-15 hours/week) and mandatory attendance 2 weeks in advance of each meet. The Youth Team is subject to a travel blackout from mid-January through early July, so commitment is essential. Youth typically participates in Association, East Zones, Regionals, Nationals, and Junior Olympics. In some years, Youth athletes travel internationally for competition.

JUNIOR TEAM
The Junior Team (for pre-collegiate 16-18 year olds) is typically divided into Junior A and B and requires 4-6+ practices per week (12-20 hours/week) and mandatory attendance 2 weeks in advance of each meet. The Junior Team is subject to a travel blackout from mid-January through early July, so commitment is essential. Juniors typically participate in Association, East Zones, Regionals, US Open, and Nationals. In some years, Junior athletes travel internationally for competition.
